Booking confirmation for your service is guaranteed only once you have received our written acknowledgment. We reserve the right to decline service to any person at our own judgment.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing

- Immediate services: Remittance expected upon completion
- Engagements above £1,000: 50% prepayment required at reservation
- Outstanding balance: Payable upon conclusion of the project

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- Over 48 hours prior to service: Complete reimbursement of prepayment
- Between 24 to 48 hours before service: Half of the prepayment refundable
- Less than 24 hours before service: Prepayment is non-refundable
- Cancellation of immediate services incurs a £100 fee
5.2 Emergency Service Guarantee
For sudden services, we offer a response assurance within 2 hours. Should we fail to satisfy this because of unexpected circumstances, we will:
- Apply a 20% discount for the service call
- Assign priority to your service for the soonest available time slot
5.3 Project Delays
In case of project postponements due to unanticipated site conditions or material procurement issues, we will notify you of revised timelines and adjust scheduling as necessary.
